Competition Structure
The competition is conducted in six distinct phases designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
Registration & Launch
15 April 2026 - 22 April 2026Participants register through the provided link before the deadline. The competition is officially launched with an introduction to the framework and case study requirements.
Competition Kick-Off
24 April 2026A kick-off session introduces the competition framework, provides software guidance, and explains case study requirements and deliverables.
Case Study Allocation
24 April 2026Teams receive their assigned project case studies, outlining scope, objectives, and expected outputs for the competition.
Project Development
24 April 2026 - 15 May 2026Work on a Work Breakdown Structure, Generate a Schedule of Works on Primavera P6, Critical Path Analysis, and identify key milestones and dependencies.
Presentation & Evaluation
15 May 2026 - 20 May 2026Each group presents their work to a panel of academic and industry examiners. Presentations are evaluated based on predefined criteria.
Awarding Ceremony
29 May 2026Winning groups are recognized and awarded based on performance and innovation demonstrated throughout the competition.
Evaluation Criteria
Projects will be evaluated based on technical accuracy, practical application, innovation, and professional presentation.
Technical Accuracy
Effective utilization of industry-standard tools and correct application of project management principles.
Quality & Feasibility
Practicality of proposed solutions and quality of scheduling/resource management.
